We hope you love Toast as much as we do but if your product wasn’t quite what you had hoped for we are here to help.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email our Glow Team at hello@toastdontroast.com.au with your order number.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of your order date.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For bundle purchases, items cannot be returned individually.
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@toastdontroast.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, Toast is unable to change or cancel it.

 

Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@toastdontroast.com.au immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will advise you on the next steps.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
