Delivery

All Toast orders are lovingly packed and shipped from South Australia.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can assist. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

At this stage, Toast delivers Australia-wide only. International orders are not currently available.

Delivery Costs

Standard Shipping: Included with all orders over $39.99.

  • For orders under $39.99, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional $6.99.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Toast is not liable for parcels that become lost, delayed, or misdirected once they are in transit with the carrier. Responsibility for locating and recovering such packages rests with the receiver. While we cannot guarantee recovery, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist you in working with the delivery provider.

To reduce risk, we recommend nominating a delivery address you trust — ideally one where someone is available to receive it.

 

Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning any item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, Toast is unable to change or cancel it.
